General Information
hvhclub operates on an invite-only basis. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be considered for any paid services or premium features.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase.
- The premium feature or service must not have been substantially used.
- Accounts that have been suspended or banned for Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds.
Non-Refundable Items
- Invite codes that have already been used.
- Custom assets (avatars, backgrounds, music) that have been uploaded and applied.
- Services provided more than 7 days prior to the refund request.
- Partial usage periods — refunds are for the full unused period only.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Open a support ticket via the support forum.
- Or contact us directly on our Discord server.
- Include your username, purchase details, and reason for the refund.
Refund requests are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Right to Deny
hvhclub reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria above, or in cases of suspected abuse of the refund system.
